Summer Vacation to Virginia

This past summer we headed to Virginia for a month.

Silas, Aiden, my mom and me boarded a plane and two

hours later we were in Virginia. Brian and dad

stayed home to hold down the fort. Mom's best friend 

lives just outside of Richmond and wanted her to come

for a visit. Mom didn't want to fly by herself and wanted to 

drive alone. Well we know that wasn't going to happen. No

way was she going to drive two days by herself, so I convinced 

her to get on a plane and us go together. Me and the boys

stayed with David and Chauntea.  We had such a blast!! Thank

you to the Shield family for letting us come and invade their

home for a month. We Love You!!!

 This was the boy's first plane ride. They did great. 

I hope we can take many more of these trips, but Brian

will need to join us!!!
